Pros
The pay is good and there is more organization than other agencies. They do have 401K, health insurance, and paid vacation time which many other agencies don't have.
Cons
The place has a venomous atmosphere and you can see it all over the faces of those who work in the office. Everyone is busy doing the "CYA". Reprimands and warnings are given in a cowardly sneak attack fashion. I in fact was a victim of such an attack that was a result of an RN covering her butt by passing off the blame on to me. Don't trust anyone is a good attitude to have in this place. Even the couple that owns this place parks their cars in the only two handicapped spaces available. Considering they are supposed to be compassionate to those same people their behavior is seen as despicable at best......they should be ashamed!! Additionally, the owners are practically absentee owners, lucky if you can catch them at their own place of business.
