Pros

When routes hit, you make very good money compared to a lot of other professions. Flexibility with work schedules (though from May to early September you have to work Saturdays if needed)

Cons

Equipment is old and faulty. Miscommunications happen a lot. Some routes require a wide range of ground to be covered.

Pros

Fast paced and if you’re mechanically inclined it’s lots of fun coming to work and watching the employees grown and help each other meet the aspects. By the end of the year it’s never fun to see the season end

Cons

First week you will get sore

Pros

Open road, somewhat flexible in how you choose to go about your daily route

Cons

No air conditioning (brutal when it's 100 degrees out and you have a long route through rural areas), faulty equipment that can be unsafe
