Thanks for training drivers for us! Your review did a great job capturing many of the points, both highlights and demands on our drivers. For a college student, the pay is top notch and the schedule matches the school year well (busy summer, less so in the winter when you are in class). If you don't mind working hard, it is a great way to make more than others in college jobs. There are a also quite a few new faces each season. While we do have great opportunities for advancement within (the writer of this comment started as a delivery driver), many driver alums have gone on to other jobs in fields ranging from medicine to actuarial science to entrepreneurship after graduation and new college students have taken their place.
