      Good money and the hours were great.

      Cons

      Lot of over time up to 70 hours a week sometimes and lifting every second of the day and a lot of driving.

As for the amount of hours worked, we are placing increased emphasis on staffing each plant so they can be fully prepared for our busy season.       Pros

      Fast paced and if you’re mechanically inclined it’s lots of fun coming to work and watching the employees grown and help each other meet the aspects. By the end of the year it’s never fun to see the season end
