Thank you for taking some time to provide feedback! It is so valuable for us to receive this feedback so we can continue to create the best work environment for our employees. I was hoping to address a few of your concerns. A large majority of our management started bagging ice and delivering ice. It is important that they understand the good parts of the job, and probably even more important, the challenges of the job. Our pay structure is designed to reward performance. The job is certainly not easy but there is an opportunity to earn well over minimum wage, in fact, the large number of our employees average double that.
