Little pay, call center phone system so you are answering phones for the whole region. You can get over 100 calls a day in summer. Little to no breaks, reprimanded for bringing up the no breaks and little pay. Must make bank runs but is impossible to do when your very immature manager expects you to be on the call center. Managers are never around. They don’t want to take calls from angry customers. Customers want answers and we have no answers for them but the company wants us to lie to them and tell them that we will “tell the manager” when all we are to do is type in why the customer called into the system. Was told I was hired “FullTime” they NEVER mentioned my hours would be cut in the winter to only 2 days a week.
