Pros
Great people good enviroment. Would do anything to help. Good money through peak season. They will give you as many hours as you can handle as long as youre productive. Flexible schedule and understanding for exigent circumstances. Pretty simple work although it can difficult at times.
Cons
Faulty and aged equipment. Seems like things are broke more often then not. Management skills are a bit to be desired. Can tell a manager about a problem and not get a solution most of the time. Turnover is through the roof, hard to find people that actually stay and work. When they do find good people they either lay them off in november or dont give them any incentive to stay. Your pretty much on your own June-September when everybody is scrambling so if you dont know something its hard to get back on track when theres an issue. Pay is far less in the winter months. Enrollment for benefits seems out of reach because it comes at the end of the year during "labor savings".
