      Pros

      Very laid back. Take a lot of breaks. You don't have to load more then 10 trucks.

      Cons

      If your a bagger you constantly have to work. It's cold if your a loader. Your hands constantly freeze .

      Fast paced and if you’re mechanically inclined it’s lots of fun coming to work and watching the employees grown and help each other meet the aspects. By the end of the year it’s never fun to see the season end
