      You are able to determine hours and how much money you make for the most part. This is a great summer job for college students.

      Cons

      They expect you to complete your route wether that means it a 4 hour day or an 18 hour day.

      Fast paced and if you’re mechanically inclined it’s lots of fun coming to work and watching the employees grown and help each other meet the aspects. By the end of the year it’s never fun to see the season end
