      Get hired with no experience in the industry. Make plenty of money during the Summer season. Good Exercise. Free Ice!

      Long Hours in the Summer and very little work during the Winter. No opportunity for advancement or raise.

      Fast paced and if you’re mechanically inclined it’s lots of fun coming to work and watching the employees grown and help each other meet the aspects. By the end of the year it’s never fun to see the season end
