Pros
I guess the only pro I can think of would be the flexible schedule...not much else to brag about.
Cons
Well, I applied via an add I seen online. Went in for my interview at 930am, and the manager wasn't there. Gave him a call and he told me he had a Dr's appointment he had forgot about...ok, no big deal. Started the next day with a trainer who had been with the company for 4 years...not much of a trainer I'd later find out. Pretty much learned everything by taking control and telling my trainer he wasn't doing a good job. Then I trained with the manager...again, very little depth was given. Pretty much had no idea how to run a terminal. Manager was always late, would never have routes up for the next day. I can't count how many times myself and the other drivers stood around waiting for the boss to get in. Checks were always less then what they should have been, had to call the District manager to correct it. Trucks were unsafe, was told to just deal and I'll be fine. Mdot violations left and right, just overall a sloppy company. Ended up trainer a couple of kids even though I was not certified to do so. I could go on but I'll stop now. Stay away in my opinion. Not worth the headache.
