Pros

People i worked with were genuinely nice guys

Cons

Was lied to about the position i was being hired for, and several other past employees. Daily and weekly bonuses magically disappear from company records. Call center will make you lose 50% of your revenue 17 people have left over the course of 2 months in the marketing department. You're always at fault, not the systems in place. Subtle threats and guilt trips made by management. Very toxic locker room talk from management.

Pros

Making amazing friendships and memories of a lifetime

Cons

The company operates in constant chaos. It's very disorganized and leadership communication is unclear. Expectations shift fast and are delivered aggresively. There this constant sense that numbers matter more than anything else, even when the situation in the field does not match the targets. Support is very limited when real issues show up. It was sink or swim at this company but if you mess up you will likely get shamed, and humiliated. Feedback tends to focus on mistakes instead of helping you improve, which makes it hard to build confidence or grow in the role. There were also concerns around illegal sales practices that raised serious doubts about how things were being handled. On top of that, the overall system has a clear problem with how employees are managed and treated. Please avoid this company at all costs
