Don’t fully reimburse you for your expenses. You can spend easily 800 a month in gas and tolls and they’ll only reimburse you 250 dollars. They don’t take into account the depreciation of your car or maintenance needed on it due to heavy miles.
They make you attend meetings 3 times a week, one of them virtual and meetings exceed sometimes 3 hours
Was there for a while and didn’t know even what my benefits medically were
Management can sometimes blur the line between professionalism and friendship
They promise to let you know if a customer calls back to finish the job and yet have taken customers from reps in the past including myself
Deduct sales for things like a small square foot discrepancy and yet require you to draw it in an app as opposed to give you accurate measurements so these things don’t happen.
Put too much burden, responsibilities and stress on the sales person as opposed to just letting them relax and have fun with clients which would increase sales.
Force you to record your meetings with clients without their consent.
Give you sometimes 3 leads a day which can become very overwhelming and almost impossible to give 100 percent to every client. And sometimes you get home at 2 am and have to get up at 8 am to start your day
Apps crash quite often and it’s a tedious task putting jobs in the system when they can have an easier app that incorporates all of these tasks.
Don’t fully honor all the goal bonuses when you’ve reached them.
A little difficult to keep track of what you’re paid for as a check doesn’t include a break down of the sales you’re being paid for. You gotta somehow just trust they are being fair with you.
No work life balance as this job consumes your whole life.
