Pros

Nice environment, co-workers were fun to work with. If you're strong looking for hard-work, challenges, and pressure than this is the place for you. If you can't seem to lift 10lbs, than don't bother applying... There were a few managers I did enjoy working with, but there was one that I particularly preferred since I had a strong connection with her, but not saying any names. All the managers I had worked with understood my situation more than the strict manager.

Cons

For the work being done for the people who are capable of lifting a lot, then pay rate is not enough for the work they do. Not as supportive as I thought (at least at the 1 where I worked at) where of course I was appreciative of what they had done for me. But don't let it fool ya. Another con: 1 strict and critical manager. She had a tendency to twist employees' words around even if she's never seen it that way.

Pros

My coworkers and a steady wpaycheck. And meeting some great people. The discount is nice.

Cons

This company likes to put all the work on its associates. Anything that’s grunt work or where you have to get your hands dirty. All they care about are pushing out those credit cards. I’ve seen some of the best employees quit because they’re burnt out and don’t get scheduled any hours. I don’t blame them. I’m looking for another job as I type this. My body hurts and I’m being abused physically and taken advantage of.
