      meet great people, customers, semi-relaxed environment.

      Cons

      lax management, work ethic. When management doesn't invest in training new employees, there is a trickle down affect of the work ethic, and it affects morale. you want quality employees take time to train them and call them out on their crappy work ethic so they get it right.

      Pros

      My coworkers and a steady wpaycheck. And meeting some great people. The discount is nice.

      Cons

      This company likes to put all the work on its associates. Anything that’s grunt work or where you have to get your hands dirty. All they care about are pushing out those credit cards. I’ve seen some of the best employees quit because they’re burnt out and don’t get scheduled any hours. I don’t blame them. I’m looking for another job as I type this. My body hurts and I’m being abused physically and taken advantage of.
