Pros

Fun employees to work with.

Cons

A lot of hard work and supervisory of other employees with very small pay and no overtime. It was a struggle to get even 40 hours. The company schedules a 40 hour work week, but requires you to take a not less than 45 minute unpaid lunch break. So the hours actually work out to be 36.25 hours every week. Which is not 40 hours and never is 40 hours.

Pros

The people and the company respects diversity.

Cons

After working there after a year, the no fault hours doesn't kick in, if your hired date falls after December. Working with lazy employees and bonus are not fairly distributed, depending on which shirt you work on.

Pros

My coworkers and a steady wpaycheck. And meeting some great people. The discount is nice.

Cons

This company likes to put all the work on its associates. Anything that’s grunt work or where you have to get your hands dirty. All they care about are pushing out those credit cards. I’ve seen some of the best employees quit because they’re burnt out and don’t get scheduled any hours. I don’t blame them. I’m looking for another job as I type this. My body hurts and I’m being abused physically and taken advantage of.
