Pros

The benefits were really good for assistant store managers.

Cons

I did a great job at my first store and was forced to transfer to a struggling store. Helped fix that store in the St. Louis market. Then I decided I wanted to move closer to Paducah, Ky. I requested a transfer and was told I needed to put in transfer request and letter of resignation. Well I was tricked. Mind you no write ups in 2 years, too performer, multiple regional visits. But Because I pushed back on the store manager on some decision making processes I was retaliated against. I gave the company a 6 week lead time. I even emailed corporate and was reassured that my boss would not retaliate against me in the transfer process. I was not offered the position, I was sent an email. Yet I was a star performer? The best part is the position is still open and has been for almost 5 months.

Pros

My coworkers and a steady wpaycheck. And meeting some great people. The discount is nice.

Cons

This company likes to put all the work on its associates. Anything that’s grunt work or where you have to get your hands dirty. All they care about are pushing out those credit cards. I’ve seen some of the best employees quit because they’re burnt out and don’t get scheduled any hours. I don’t blame them. I’m looking for another job as I type this. My body hurts and I’m being abused physically and taken advantage of.
