      Pros

      A measly 10% discount. I had a cool manager…once.

      Cons

      Late holiday hours…open til 11 pm with no shoppers coming in. You’re just a number. The culture is a joke. It’s just words on paper. Paying new employees as much as employees who have been there for years. Constant payroll cuts with increase in workload. Poor training. Poor communication. No action taken on hostile employees and actions.

      Pros

      My coworkers and a steady wpaycheck. And meeting some great people. The discount is nice.

      Cons

      This company likes to put all the work on its associates. Anything that’s grunt work or where you have to get your hands dirty. All they care about are pushing out those credit cards. I’ve seen some of the best employees quit because they’re burnt out and don’t get scheduled any hours. I don’t blame them. I’m looking for another job as I type this. My body hurts and I’m being abused physically and taken advantage of.
