Pros
The pros were definitely pay but that's it (and considering all the trials and tribulations the pay doesn't even compensate).
Cons
Culture, work environment, supervisors don't care unless it benefits them. Supervisors literally do illegal activity such as making you making you clock out in dept that's 5mins away from the breakroom, which seems like no big deal but you have to clock in on time so a 30min break easily gets pushed to 20mins and you get written up if you're 1min late. Supervisors if they do not like you or if you ask too many questions about the issues will create false reports and write you up on untrue basis's (I know as it occurred to me).
