      Pros

      Stressful during holiday season. They really encourage you to push the TJX credit card, which is uncomfortable and a notoriously bad and scammy card. Management doesn’t care much about your personal time and will constantly call you in to cover shifts last minute.

      Pros

      My coworkers and a steady wpaycheck. And meeting some great people. The discount is nice.

      Cons

      This company likes to put all the work on its associates. Anything that’s grunt work or where you have to get your hands dirty. All they care about are pushing out those credit cards. I’ve seen some of the best employees quit because they’re burnt out and don’t get scheduled any hours. I don’t blame them. I’m looking for another job as I type this. My body hurts and I’m being abused physically and taken advantage of.
