Pros
TJX as a whole is a great company to work for. The benefits are great & they promote a healthy work - life balance. Although moving up from merchandise associate to coordinator to key carrier may seem beneficial , it has just as many stresses as it does perks. The workload can become overwhelming for oneself. The increased pay does not align with the increased stress. I would also say a lot of stress depends on the management. If you have a great management team , you’ll most likely love your job & look forward to work everyday. Before moving up , talk to those who are already there & get their opinions on advancing your career in retail before proceeding to do so.
