Pros

My son first start, there are plenty of hours to work.

Cons

They hired my son during the holidays and advertised for part time job, not temporary holiday work. When work started in November, they gave 36 hours, six day week for work. After New years, they reduced hours to 3 days, 12 hours per week. By February, they were only scheduling 1 day per week at 4 hours. This was for several employees. When questioned, they said they are doing the best they could, however they were contenuing to hire new employees. 4 hours per week benefits no one. My son told them he was putting a 2 week notice in. Management told him they would work on getting him more hours. Instead, they took him off the schedule and let him go without working the 2 weeks. It seems they only wanted holiday workers but did not want to advertise for holiday work, they just reduced the hours in hopes they would quite... the turnover rate there appears to be very high. Major integrity issues.
