Pros

Coworkers created a friendly, collaborative work environment; management was willing to set clear boundaries with customers on employees' behalf (although this will vary by location).

Cons

The company is willing to cut costs at the expense of employees' health and well-being (e.g., threatening to take away snacks and coffee pods from the break room if employees use "too many," encouraging employees to clean less thoroughly to save money on cleaning solution during the pandemic, etc.). It also provides substandard wages, raises, employee discounts, etc. Increasing your store's sales only results in receiving larger and larger shipments to the point that your location is always stocked past capacity.

Pros

The people and the company respects diversity.

Cons

After working there after a year, the no fault hours doesn't kick in, if your hired date falls after December. Working with lazy employees and bonus are not fairly distributed, depending on which shirt you work on.

Pros

My coworkers and a steady wpaycheck. And meeting some great people. The discount is nice.

Cons

This company likes to put all the work on its associates. Anything that’s grunt work or where you have to get your hands dirty. All they care about are pushing out those credit cards. I’ve seen some of the best employees quit because they’re burnt out and don’t get scheduled any hours. I don’t blame them. I’m looking for another job as I type this. My body hurts and I’m being abused physically and taken advantage of.
