Pros
No fault hrs, PTO, VTO, Unionized, Laid back environment, Weekend shift Fri-Sun(36hrs), $1.50 shift differential, easy work in all departments, guaranteed work schedule, overtime
Cons
Some leadership issues, several injuries and accidents, 12 hr shifts, ineffective union representation. Also there are a few overly zealous and vindictive staff members amongst the supervisors and reaching higher into the corporate office. This is a very large DC, which makes it a headache to travel between departments and breaks.
