A few good people but not enough

Management is unorganized. No one talks between departments. No one is held accountable. Too many Chiefs not enough Indians. There must be 12 and the company is not that large. Very stressful place to work. No one thinks through anything. Most unorganized company. An employee's opinion do not matter, don't look to be asked
