Total "good ole boy" network going on with management - Agent HomeServe USA Employee Review

I've been with HS since the beginning and have watched the hiring of friends by management from TMobile which by the way were all fired and yet given management positions that they clearly are not qualified to do! My supervisor was not able to even able to use outlook to view his email. Most of the management team go out to bars and party with agents while some are engaging in extramarital affairs. Lots of inappropriate behavior going on with supervisors and agents! Truly here it's definitely not what you know, it's who you know!
