Pros
Pay is competitive, if you're desperate it beats begging on the streets. Colleagues are young and friendly.
Cons
Management is hostile, dealing with veiled threats and intimidation. Corporate structure does not facilitate engagement nor is it conducive to productivity. These factors create workplace stress. On top of that, the product is advertised in a misleading way and is not helpful to the consumer.
