Pros
Not there anymore....that's the Pros. This place is just total mess from each and every department. CYA is a way of life at Homeserve, not caring about achieving anything substantial. If you are in the IT world( Infrastructure, Project Management, Business Analyst, Support, Helpdesk, Service Delivery, Application Support) Stay the hell away. Human Resources has absolutely no process for anything.
Cons
To many to list but in particular the Marketing department is the "Evil Empire".
