Pros
very nice people, nice facility...great atmosphere. it is a new company to Chattanooga, and right now, they are catering to the employees.....but I can see that changing in the future.
Cons
they have the highest and most difficult quality standards of anywhere i have ever worked. the pay levels are tiered and if you don't make quotas on your upselling then your level drops, if you get points they may not pay you your commision bonus. The training program is 3 weeks long, you have to pass a test every week and make 80 percent to stay there. The trainer did not know how to take control of the class, alot of joking and cutting up, texting, phones ringing....etc. trainer left the room alot to "find out answers" to questions.......I mean, I am all for a laid back atmosphere, but this one takes it too far.
