None. Dont work here. Company will probably be closed in a year

Cons

Working for this company isnt worth the pay or stress. Most people from my training class are gone and my final day was in November. I dont see this company being open long especially with all of the billing issues and allowing people to work at home who input customer bank infomation. Inbound director is sexist. Companys systems dont work. you dont know if the customer is enrolled or not Billing problems every day and they always outside smoking which is frustrating when we get back to back calls about billing issues. Inbund director knows at home agents are taking customers information.

Lots of fun events within the company Positive attitude and outlook Casual dress-code

None. Having been at a previous employer who did not prioritize their employees to this extent, this is a breath of fresh air
