Expect to have to go above and beyond for minimum wage - Cashier Homeland Stores Employee Review

The pay is terrible for what they work you. The scheduling and their ability to let you know is just dumb. Nothing there is up to date except for the useless screen instead of something productive, like new programing. The checkout stations are definitely not kept well and are as old as the store. Half of the electronics just simply don't work. Don't ever call in sick, they just simply won't care and they rely too heavily on individuals.
