      Lots of calling. The industry is getting tougher to sell to. Gets tougher in the winter.

      sharp selling skills, great young coworkers, used to be a fun place to work

      stressful, poor pay, extremely low ROI, you're probably not going to make a commission check after being around for 1 year+
