Pros

good location. good building. work/life balance.

Cons

there is nothing good about the work and the management is horrible. Maybe Mele knows what he's doing, but he does not know how to create a management team. Management is horrible and poorly trained. They say things that are not at all HR compliant. Sexism is rampant. Favoritism is worse. No career advancement. You will be ignored and they refuse to give evaluations. I guess an upside is that you can barely do any work and collect a paycheck. The pay is terrible, though, so not worth it.

Homes.com Response

Homes.com has an Open Door policy, where we strongly encourage employees to share concerns and opportunities for improvement with company management. This is true at all times, but is especially important with issues of HR compliance. We need to know of issues when they happen, so that they can be addressed immediately. So I appreciate your feedback, but also wish I had the chance to talk with you directly (and immediately) about it. I encourage employees to please help us get better and address any workplace issues in a transparent and collaborative way. -David Mele, President, Homes.com

Cons

stressful, poor pay, extremely low ROI, you're probably not going to make a commission check after being around for 1 year+
