Pros
I was on a great team so I was able to enjoy most of my time there. It's definitely a great place to start your career.
Cons
The overall culture of the company is not too great. It's a waterfall agile environment. Management does not seem to listen to the pain points that developers are constantly having, which is why there is such a high turn over. It's not too late to change. Lots of potential for improvement.
