      Pros

      The first 3 months at this job I was struggling but my team lead and my manager help me out did not micromanage me they helped me out and let me sell like myself.

      Cons

      This job is grind, if you struggle with rejection and adversity this may not be the job for you. But if you have a sport mentality love to learn and overcome adversity and see yourself grow into a great leader. This job is for you!

Starting a new career is pretty intimidating so we do our best to put great managers around our new sales employees to ensure success.
