Pros

Everything you could wish for and more in starting a new job. I want to take my hat off to the entire team at Homes.com. I started with this company in the beginning of February and it has been one the most amazing experiences of my life. I have never met a more gracious, caring, and hospitable, group of colleagues in my life. Everyone from the President down has been helpful, considerate, and just flat out amazing. When I came in for the interview It took about 5 minutes to know that this is where I was meant to be. I have been working in the real estate marketing industry for about 4 years prior to coming to Homes and I feel like they're the pinnacle of this industry when it comes to how they treat their employees and the tools the provide to succeed. Management and leadership of this company is diverse and represents all walks of life. I think every company has "Core Values" or a mission statement but in my experience most leave it on the documents they write it on or the banner in their hallway. I really have to say that I spent every day of the my first month waiting for those values to begin to fade and the "real experience of working with this company to begin. I was completely wrong because through my short time with Homes.com it's only improved. I wake up everyday excited to learn, participate, and grow as an individual,as I help grow this company. They have really made me feel like I'm a vital part of their success and I can't wait to see what the future has to hold. I have been in the workforce now for 21 years and I have been waiting the entire time to find a work environment like the one that Homes.com has created and most importantly, strives everyday to maintain. If you're looking for place where you will feel support and encouragement every day to be your best self, I would recommend you check out Homes.com today! P.S. I just wanted to add that this review was written about 6-7 days into the heart of the "U.S". Covid-19 crisis. With the situation unfolding like it has, there was an opportunity for everything that I have loved about this company to start to dissipate and falter. I really want to thank the leadership and really everyone at homes.com for flexing your core Value of humanity. You've handled this situation with class and professionalism. You should all be proud of the organization you run and how you've handled the transition into working from home. You have allowed us all to focus on what's important and not let this issue keep us from staying on track up to this point. I know you will continue focus on our safety as well as our success and I just really want to thank every one of you. Cheers to you all!!
