Pros

I have been so impressed with how leadership has handled the Covid-19 outbreak. They have really gone above and beyond in supporting all employees through the crisis. The office was shut down promptly, major work went into ensuring everyone was set up to successfully work from home, extra parental leave was offered, policies were modified for vacation rollover and dependent care FSA alterations, free health counseling is available, and leadership has been so commutative, decisive, and encouraging. We receive so many recorded videos about how well our KPI's are performing, and even online yoga sessions are offered to help with the stress. I've really appreciated leaderships understanding and willingness to support and work with every individuals struggles as well as share their own. I've never felt luckier to be a Homes.com employee!
