Pros

Uncapped sales commission, sales goal prizes (spiffs), no weekends, nice coworkers

Cons

product does not work well and you will be paying back a lot of commission, products requires you to stretch the truth to sell most times, management has favorites when it comes to employees, all outbound sales, company does not have great reputation in the industry.

And, we are producing more and better inquiries than ever before. That said, we are constantly optimizing the product and adding new features and enhancements to perform even better for the audiences we serve...consumers and real estate professionals.
