Pros

It's a job. The umbrella company at least pretends to try. Good to tide you over until you can get out. Good if you are stuck in the area for family.

Cons

This is a horribly managed company. Maybe Dave Mele will turn things around but right now the only thing he cares about is putting more ads on the site. There's no long term investment in the staff. They are treated disrespectfully. If you want to work for a company that recognizes that innovation is in the product itself and in the customer service, don't work here.

We encourage you to come forward to your team leader, any member of our management team, or directly to our president, Dave Mele, to share more specifics about your company concerns, as well as any suggestions for how to better solve customer problems. Homes.com has an open door policy and we want to hear from you directly. Thank you.

Pros

sharp selling skills, great young coworkers, used to be a fun place to work

Cons

stressful, poor pay, extremely low ROI, you're probably not going to make a commission check after being around for 1 year+
