We agree that respect is very important, and it is a cornerstone to having a healthy culture in any organization. We are continually training out management staff on how to properly interact with employees and working to improve interactions and it is something we monitor closely. We value all of our employees equally and realize that the profound success and growth that Homeside has experienced in the last 2 years is a result of the hard work and dedication of all of our employees.
