The amount of drive and support from each and every employee allows me to grow and guarantees success day in and day out! Everyone is willing to lend a helping hand and will go out of their way to make sure your questions are answered. I'm never afraid to call on someone for help. No days wasted, everyday is progress and all the employees are motivated to continue the growth.
Cons
It is a lot of information initially due to learning new programs and the proper procedures but each manager will put in extra time to help you when you are struggling.
