The hours - You still work a 40 hour work week, but are separated by the long days are on Monday & Tuesday (9-7), Wednesday & Thursday (9-6), & Friday (9-4). Work/Life balance isn't ideal Brand name recognition - Not many people know about Homeside, it is lacking
