This is a newer company that is fast moving/growing. This makes working for Homeside Financial exciting to me because I can see myself having a direct impact on the growth and direction of the company. I also feel like there is a lot of opportunity in the future for me to take on a larger role. The atmosphere is creative, energetic, and positive. The work days seem to fly by because I am so busy. So far, I am really enjoying my career with this company and I hope the good stuff, such as opportunity and atmosphere, doesn't change to much as it grows bigger.
