We are a family, not just a team. Each person truly cares about each other and works hard together to ensure the best possible customer experience.
Cons
Growing really fast, so I think a more consistent training program would help tremendously. Obviously hands on is the best, but a program that offered more of the basics with the computer systems would help build confidence.
