Pros

Nate Roberts, our boss, is super laid back and easy to talk to. Everybody who works here wants you to succeed. No matter what kind of question you have, they all understand that you probably don't have any experience and are willing to answer.

Cons

Cold calling people can get old at times and pretty boring. However soon enough you will get business with people and it gets a lot better.

Compensation is great and the work environment is typically pretty fun. I've worked in a lot of office's and this one is probably the most laid back.

Cons

The temps in the office are very night and day - Compliance rules do change often so it can be tough at times to keep up with current standards.
