Pros

Good pay and benefits and easy to get the job.

Cons

Nothing but drama and young people. People make stuff up to get you in trouble if they don't like you. Hr won't help. You'll end up getting yourself in trouble. If you're a line worker you're heald accountable for everything. Once promoted to any position even if it doesn't pay more they all get a ego and get away with everything and hr will believe every word they say. Most team leads are very young and will make your time hard

Pros

The best company I’ve ever worked for hands down. Alabama really is behind the times on pay and benefits in my experience. Honda in Alabama is an exception to that rule. We work a lot of hours, especially in my role, but that’s great for me personally. One of the best work environments I’ve worked in (AC in plant), great cafeteria, etc. There’s even a free gym down the street for employees. Besides the great pay, great pay progression, and plenty of overtime, this company goes above and beyond to provide great insurance, 401k, production based bonuses, 2 scheduled shutdowns per year, and pto. More than that, the culture at Honda is centered on building up the associates in any way possible. I’ve genuinely never worked for a company like this, and hope they continue improving the culture they’ve created thus far.

Cons

Can be congested at times, there are a lot of people in there, but that’s just par for the course. Also, leaving and entering the parking lot is pretty wild sometimes.
