Pros
The benefits are great but that's close to the only positive thing about working here. The atmosphere can be exciting when you have time to pay attention to it which isn't very often. Most of the people are friendly to work with.
Cons
No respect for individual, even though this is something they preach about. AR department is completely clueless and views everything as black or white, feeling no remorse for employee situations. Work load is nearly unbearable. You will become anxious and stressed from the tasks management brings to you to solve. You fix one issue and three more pop up before you can react. No one is held accountable for their actions which means other associates have to pick up the slack for them. This creates a morale issue no one wants to deal with. They pay overtime for a reason... because no one wants to stay there long enough to get paid for it. Management won't make a decision because if it has a negative impact, they don't want it to reflect poorly on them.
