Pros
My co-workers are (mostly) great. The work is interesting and always a challenge. There are opportunities to learn new technologies and new applications for existing technologies. The learning curve can be steep and the pace very fast.
Cons
The reviewer who stated that the 'old timers have been doing the same things the same way for 30 years' is spot-on. These are the people that are difficult to work with; the upside is that a select few (very, very few) of them are founts of knowledge - if they feel like sharing and think you are worthy.
