Pros

My manager and co-workers, Close to a lot of good restaurants, Pay was adequate

Cons

-The whole company is fractured Each group is focused on their own individual goals and not a unified goal for the company. Honeywell's only focus is on making products cheap and maximizing a profit, no matter the sacrifice. Thousands of hours are wasted on chasing pennies and outsourcing everything to the lowest bidder while quality diminishes. -Leadership is oblivious or just doesn’t care Honeywell constantly preaches the value of its employees, but never seems to listen to what the employees have to say. Every step they have taken since purchasing Intelligrated has done nothing but drive employees out the door. The turnover rate within Intelligrated continues to grow and Honeywell has yet to understand people are leaving because of their terrible business practices and lack of ethics. Honeywell frequently blames managers for employees leaving and that most employees who left the company were “non regrettable losses.” -Don’t expect rewards for good work Intelligrated won “Best Honeywell Company” of the year in 2018. There were a lot of congratulations from leadership, but the only benefit employees saw from this was a pizza party. Raises in 2019 were pretty minimal even though we were told Intelligrated received more money to spread around for doing so well.

Pros

Helpful co-workers when questions arise. Managers guidance is very insightful with knowing which routes to take when simple procedures have different paths to getting them done.

Cons

There is not a lot of streamlined paths to doing things. Some things may need to be done differently, but there may not be instructions on how to do those things. Which I have to reach out to co-workers for help.
