Pros
Honeywell is a great place to work if you completely ignore the company direction and upper management goals. Every week it seemed a new "directive" was handed down from on high, buzzwords were granted fertile ground to breed at the never ending stream of meetings that seemed to fill out the working day. I swear to you, we actually held meeting to plan subsequent meetings. I watched that company hemorrhage money, often wondering how they could stay in business as long as they have been operational. Honeywell is a company that will spend 1k to save 1$. Frankly, when I was RIF'd, I had mixed feelings. I miss my co-workers but I don't miss the screwy corporate atmosphere.
Cons
As a middle management employee there where few downsides, the company treats you well. As a rational human being it was like working in a sitcom about a distopian mockery of a government contracting industrial corporation. Madness and lots of it.
